General Conditions & Clauses:

• Before Starting The Project:We send you a Contract/Agreement outlining deliverables, video style, language of voiceover, etc. You have the option to edit the contract/agreement. This user-friendly document ensures clarity on project details and delivery timelines.
• Payment Terms:50% payment in advance and 50% after completion of work. The final video will be shown with a watermark before the remaining 50% payment. Upon receipt of the full payment, the watermark will be removed, and the high-resolution video will be delivered.
• Video Specifications:The final video will be in 1920 X 1080 resolution, 16:9 frame aspect ratio, and MP4 format. Other formats can be accommodated as per client needs.
• Raw Files and Project Source:We provide raw files or project source files upon client request after the final video has been delivered.
• Invoice Settlement:The final invoice will be issued only after 100% payment settlement.
• Additional Charges:Subtitles/captions, if required, will be charged additionally. Taxes, if applicable, will be applied extra.
• Contact Information:By registering and providing your email address & phone number, you agree to be contacted via email and text message.

Note: We are an Animated video production house converting client ideas into video form. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by clients. Clients are responsible for the content they provide for video creation, and we disclaim any involvement in the information’s accuracy.
